We are a 3 Acre Luxury Vacation Rental Property with an Award Winning Coffee Farm comfortably nestled on the slopes of Hualalai overlooking Kailua-Kona. The rental is composed of entire home with 2 luxury suite units and a cottage! At the main entrance the hallway leads to two units. The cottage is one level lower (still with amazing view). We have a brand new split system AC and heating in every room and living room. The Cottage only has AC in the bedroom. Each Suite in the main home has 2 bedrooms each! There are 2 enormous gourmet Kitchens/2 Living Rooms/2 Dining Rooms, along with 2 laundry rooms! All rooms in the home overlook the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck and infinity pool. Vista Suite - Master Bedroom: Has two queen beds– when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Bedroom: This bedroom features 1 queen and 1 twin-sized bed. It has its own bath down the hall. Vista Suite also has a full sized pull out couch bed in the living room Koya Suite - Master Bedroom 2: This master bedroom has 2 queen sized beds – when you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a large soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: This room features one queen bed. It has its own bath down the hall. And Koya Suite has a regular comfortable sized couch. The Cottage sleeps 3 persons in 600 sq ft. It is a true one bedroom and not a studio. It has two twin-sized beds that can be made into a King-sized bed upon your request. It also has a queen-size pull-out sleeper bed as outlined above. There is also a modern washer/dryer in the Kitchen area. If you want to skip the long line at car rental. Please note that on Tuesdays, there is pool maintenance that takes place, and on Wednesdays/Thursdays coffee roastery maintenance takes place. We also have a ground maintenance man on site working in the garage and roastery from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday who works on maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.

The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-300 mpbs and offers an extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. The Wi-Fi extends easily to all rooms as well as the deck and pool area. Our system is monitored offsite.
